Guest accessGuest will enjoy exclusive access to the entire cabin and its 1.5-acre surroundings, which stretch across the ravine/creek. Feel welcome to explore. Ahead of your stay, a unique door code will be provided for you.
Additional notes✹ 2 dogs permitted max with prior approval from host with $100 pet fee per reservation.
✹ A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, body wash, dishwashing soap, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, coffee, and coffee filters is provided for your stay.
✹ The kitchen is fully equipped. A washer/dryer is provided. Host provides towels and linens.
✹ Propane is provided for gas grill & fireplace. They are placed on timers. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.
✹ The hot tub is drained and sanitized after every check-out.
✹ The deck fireplace is seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.)
✹ While in scenic Hochatown, you can stay connected, but please note that our Wi-Fi is offered as a convenience. As we're in a rural area, content availability or speed can't be guaranteed. Regrettably, no refunds for outages or slower-than-optimal speed or content.
✹ This cabin is located in the forest and it's common to come across various critters like chiggers, bugs, wasps, and other nature-loving creatures. Leaving doors open might invite some of them in, despite our efforts to manage the situation. We work with a professional pest control company to minimize encounters, but please note that refunds won't be provided for animal, insect, or pest encounters.
✹ Please note that Relax & Ravine is in a forested area, The Oklahoma Forestry Service sometimes enforces a burn ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1,000. Please check online for the current burn-ban status before using the outdoor fire pit. No refunds will be given due burn ban active.
✹ For guest safety, exterior cameras are installed. One is above the main entrance, facing the driveway/front porch; the second is on back porch facing stairs/outdoor fireplace. They are activate 24/7 and record audio & video.
✹ No fireworks permitted.
✹ Maximum occupancy: 12 people. Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.
✹ Must be 25 to rent, and person booking must be present at the property during entire stay.
